Dear Brooklyn Friends School Families,

As the stewards of the Athletics Department, we are very excited to welcome all of our new and returning families to the 2023-2024 Athletics Season! 

It’s hard to believe we are just days away from kicking off the new season with our fall teams (Boys & Girls Cross Country, Boys & Girls Soccer, Girls Volleyball). Please note that all student athletes who will be  participating this fall must attend our mandatory pre-season practices, which begin on Monday, August 21st. 

All students in grades 7 through 12 are encouraged to sign-up for one or more of our 35+ athletics teams we offer across 10 different sports throughout the school year. We wholeheartedly believe that there is an athlete inside each and every student that can be brought to light.

Required Actions

• Sign up for a team by clicking here to fill out the athletics sign-up form. 

• To view BFS athletic schedules, please check out and bookmark BFSathletics.org (please note that schedules are subject to change). 

• Student-athletes participating in Fall athletics (grades 7-12) need to submit their required health forms through Magnus by August 15th. 

Looking Ahead

• Winter season begins on November 1, 2023: Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys & Girls Indoor Track, Boys & Girls Swimming

• Spring season begins on February 26, 2024: Boys Baseball, Girls Softball, Boys & Girls Outdoor Track, Boys & Girls Golf, and Boys Volleyball
